Ranch Activities
|
Rolyn Hills is a working guest ranch near Red Deer in Central Alberta.
Guests have the opportunity to learn about and experience the ranch way of life. They can ride to check or move the steers, help doctor any that might need some medication, learn how to put up an electric fence, or just follow along to enjoy the action and beautiful scenery in the area.

For those who do not wish to ride their own horse, there is the opportunity to ride the wagon pulled by our quiet ranch team, Fred & Barney. This is the ride we recommend for children under 10 years and adults who choose this mode of transportation.

|
Of course, relaxation in the scenic yard is also an option - a time to read, listen to the birds, and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is always a chance to play horseshoes or bocce ball with family members or friends. The children are welcome to dig to their hearts' content in the sand pit.
An outdoor fire in the fire pit creates a wonderful atmosphere as the sun goes down - a chance to do some singing or perhaps roasting marshmallows. Make memories to last a lifetime at Rolyn Hills B&B and Guest Ranch.
